Annual Giving Campaign - November 1st- 16th
November 1 to November 16, 2018 is our Annual Giving Campaign, a two-week, direct-giving drive.
Contributions to the Annual Giving Campaign are used to close the unfortunate gap in State and District funding and provide consistency for the programs and specialists our kids need for a quality education. Funds from last year’s Annual Giving Campaign, combined with proceeds from the Auction, have fully funded our school counselor, class tutors, library resources, classroom technology, and mini-grants. These staff and programs benefit all of our students every day, and will not continue to exist without community support.
Our two campaign goals are:
To support and invest in your child’s education! And….
To continue to support the staff positions and classroom support programs that our PTA currently subsidizes, the suggested donation to the Annual Giving Campaign is $175 per child.
For some, $175 per child may not be possible. Donations of any amount are welcome and all will be targeted directly towards our classrooms. Others may be able to donate more, which is greatly appreciated. Does your company match charitable contributions? If so, your gift can go even further!
Understandably, not everyone is able to make a financial contribution. For this campaign, participation is just as important! Please return the participation form even if you cannot give at this time. Classrooms with 100% participation are eligible to win a $250 classroom grant!
DID YOU SAY PRIZES?
To encourage participation, each and every form submitted will be entered for a chance to win Herbie the Seal- our mascot stuffy who visits the classrooms during the campaign. Door prizes for higher tier gifts include a trip to Great Wolf Lodge. See the participation form for more details.
Your contributions are 100% tax deductible. Be sure to fill out the participation form completely if you are in need of a tax receipt.
Thank you in advance for your support of our Annual Giving Campaign. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us!
