Fund Raising At North Beach
North Beach Elementary PTA stands out due to the level of support we are able to provide to our school to enhance student learning and development. Each year our PTA raises about $85,000. Approximately $35,000 of this amount is brought in through general PTA fundraising events and programs. The remaining $50,000 is raised annually through contributions to the Academic Giving Campaign. In the spring of 2012 we added an auction component to our annual all adult evening out (formerly known as the Spring Fling) to round out our fundraising efforts. We hope to repeat or even augment the success of that auction at our 2013 North Beach Auction and Gala.
The PTA General Fund
Each year the PTA Sponsors several fundraising events for the whole family including, Bingo, the Arts & Craft Fair and walk-a-jog-a-move-a-thon. Together these events raise approximately $35,000 which pays for:
