The Giving Tree

The North Beach Giving tree provides invaluable support for North Beach Families during the holiday season. The goal of the program is to provide families with needed gifts for their family during the holiday season. Items most often requested are Winter Coats, Winter Boots, Rain boots, underwear, toiletries and grocery store gift certificates. All participating familiy names are kept in the strictest of confidence.

The items requested by the participating families are posted on the 'Giving Tree' at the end of November and the community responds by purchasing the wished for item and returning it to school, unwrapped. The program chair then organizes distribution of the items to the recipient families with the help of volunteers.

In past years the North Beach Giving tree has been highly successful thanks to our volunteers and our generous North Beach families.
